Whats better way to take supplements?!


Question: Whats better way to take supplements?
I have licorice roots,(its a plant)
ginseng(also a plant)
white willow bark(also a plant)

i want to know if it is better to take it in capsule form or
take it out of the capsule and make it to tea
which way will it be absorbed better?

I think is easier to take the capsule but is better if you make the tea



I would not recommend removing a supplement from the capsule unless instructions from that specific brand and formulation advise you to do so. Some capsules are designed to be time release, or prevent the contents of the capsule from entering your system until a certain point in digestion where they will be absorbed most efficiently. The contents of a capsule are not the same as a tea. If you're interested in taking these as a tea, I know that you can definitely buy licorice root and ginseng in a prepared tea form. Not sure about white willow bark.

It is advisable to take in capsule form, slower in releasing which enable your body to absorb better.
