Food grade? What are you talking about? There is no such thing as food grade hydrogen peroxide.

If you are talking about the 3% household H2O2, it won't kill you to drink a bottle, you will probably just get sick.

If you are talking about the stronger 6% stuff found in hair bleach it can actually cause GI burns leading to ulcers, and worst case scenario GI perferations that can cause the contents of your stomach and colon to leak in to the rest of your body killing you.

Bad Bad Bad! When my dog has accidentally goten into something she shouldn't eat (chocolate and what not) I give her a little household peroxide to MAKE HER THROW UP. There is no peroxide designed for ingestion by humans. You can do a lot with it, put it on cuts, rinse your mouth (don't swallow) you can even put a little in your ears or on a q-tip and swab your nose if you were in the ocean for instance. You never, never drink it. It doesn't kill a virus in you and you need an antibiotic if you have a bacterial infection. Go to the doctor.

If you think drinking hydrogen peroxide will get rid of your virus or bacterial infection your delusional.
