why would i have a reaction to a vitamin b12 tablet?!

Question: Why would i have a reaction to a vitamin b12 tablet?
ive took two and each time i have come out in a rash from head to toe and felt so sick, obviously i wont take anymore but im wondering why it happened...

Answers:

The primary physical side effects of taking too much B12 include mild diarrhea, skin rashes, hives, breathing problems and heart palpitations. Symptoms are typically mild and disappear within 24 hours after ingestion. The side effects are more common when the vitamin is administered through injection

You also can break out from the fillers they use, especially if it is a cheap brand. The B vitamins work together as a family, and it is best to take them together...and they are made chemically balanced, instead of nutritionally balanced, so it is best to get them from foods. If you are taking it because you are a total vegetarian, you should consider eating at least butter and eggs and milk..if we were not meant to, then why do we need b-12? Plain yogurt is an excellent way to let your body make its own B vitamins.
