When using a neti pot my eyes always water. does this happen to anyone else?
What causes this? Also I get alot of ear pressue afterwards sometimes it lasts a whole day. Thoughts?

I LOVE my neti pot! I have been using one for three years. I tell people how my sinus headaches have been drasticly cut, but all I get is rolled eyes and wrinkled up noses when I tell them how to use the neti pot!
I too, occasionally get the burning eyes...I always contributed that sensation as I did not get the salt solution mixed well, or that my water was too cold ...
The ear pressure I have never had before - so, I can't really tell you anything on that...sorry....
