It worked for me, I used a CD it was called Paul Mckenna - Stop Smoking For Good.
I also Joined (Free) Quit net www.quitnet.com they have a lot of info and forums and a chat room. It was a big help.
I was a smoker for 18 years a pack and a half a day.
a lot of people go through hell trying to quit I got to say it has not been that bad for me so far.
my quit date was Nov 15 2006
