PLEASE HELP sholder muscles always tensed up never loosens up....?!

Question:

PLEASE HELP sholder muscles always tensed up never loosens up....?

ok so i have asked this severall times now not ever getting a good answer.heres the deal
for 3 years or more now i have been going to the doctor severall times for my sholder muscles always being tight, they are like rocks.
the doctor has given me a few options:
1. muscle relaxers -basically everyday forever
2. anti depressants - to help with the "stress thats causing the muscle to tense up"
3. physical theripy.
ok now here is my thing:
I dont want to be taking pills everyday, and i dont have the time to go to physical therapy i work 40hrs a week and i go to the beach on the weekends to relax. plus i dont have money to pay them or to keep refilling pills. plus i think that the muscle relaxers and anti depressants are just a bandaide.
I want a soulution to the problem.
I have tried massauge, in fact my boyfriend gives me a massauge every night for at least 10 min, the only relief i get from it is the actuall time his hands are on me. after the massauge it feels no diffrent.

I'm guessing that you do work at a computor and use a phone daily. That is tightening daily and actually builds the muscles up around the neck, arms and upper back. A professional massage therapist is good to go to at least twice a month.
Going to the beach is great, but you need to soak those muscles and remove the toxins that can be blocked in there. As a person whom suffers of this same problem, taking a epsom salt soak does both. To help you relax, burn a Lavender candle or better yet add lavender buds to your bath. If possible, have him to do your back rub with a Lavender, Eucalyptus or both massage oil. Not only does it work then, but the effects last a day or two.
Another thing, it's important that when he gives you a massage, the toxins have to be pushed out, meaning he needs to work from the neck with your arms to the sides, down the back, to the buttocks and out the legs and feet. Also, through the arms and out the hands. You need to drink at least 16 ounces of water afterwards to move those toxins out the body, the more water, the better. That's another reason the tightness stands is the toxins are being losen but not moved.
Get a massage handbook too. It gives tips and instruction on giving an effective massage or get a professional one done and have him watch so he can learn. Most therapist give support massage for $35 a couple, it's 45 mins long and you both benefit and have fun!
You can get the above things from my friend www.dandesoap.com. I didn't see them on the site just now, so go to the contact page and email her.
Tinkled that you have a man that takes care of his woman.
