Which specific areas of the body can be massaged to reduce stress and blood pressure?

good question! I have looked this up in my acupressure book & it says for relaxation & stress, to stimulate the acupressure points:
Third-eye point, exactly between the eyebrows in the indentation where the bridge of the nose meets the forehead,
this calms the body...
another one is on the centre of the breastbone,3 thumbs widths up from base of the breastbone
also deep breathing is very imporatnt for relaxation. An old relaxation technique is to lie down or lie back on a chair, then vlose your eyes & tense & relax your muscles from toe to head (inc.fingers,all face muscles,foehead etc).


Also, I have a book on Jin Shin Jyutsu, the ancient Japanese art of healing ;
for heart conditions, simply hold your "little finger" with the other hand for 5-10 minutes (& alternate) a few times a day.
