What are the negative effects of taking sleeping pills with alcohol on a regular!


Question:

What are the negative effects of taking sleeping pills with alcohol on a regular basis?

I have become concerned over my tendency to do this, primarily because the people who know I do it are concerned. I would love a doctors opinion, because I obviously can't ask my own. I take 10mg of ambien with a couple margaritas. Experience would be a welcomed source as well.

Well the main thing is that the combo no longer has the same effects that they used to. I think I take too much of anything.

sounds like you're becoming more tolerant to this. you might be an alcoholic.
