it's not a coincidence that your throat hurts as you have a speech tomorrow..it's your thorat chakra is telling you something, the best way is to wear a turquoise or light blue scarf around your throat area & also google with sea-salt water, that is boil water & when it cools to a comfortable degree, mix with sae-salt (you can learn about chakras if you google it, sorry it's too long for me to describe it here)...
