Has anyone tried agnus castus to regulate periods?.......?!


Question:

Has anyone tried agnus castus to regulate periods?.......?

......if so, how long were your periods "missing" and how long did it take to regulate them?. I'm currently trying to concieve and have been since Jan 2006, i last had a period March 2006.

i used to take agnus castus to regulate my hormones and found it fantastic.with any herbal remedy you need to give it at least 3 months to really notice the effects.but stick with it, as it has excellent results with womens problems.
