Colonic irrigation.... any advice?
Have you ever had one?
Did you feel it was worth it as part of a good detox?
A kineseologist advised me against it as she said it could be damaging to the colon... ie, the force of the water.
Im just not sure. I'd like to try it as it sounds like a great idea, but would like to see if anyone else has experience....

I have a friend who went for one & said he felt great afterwards. Just make sure you get a fully qualified one, maybe ask your doctor to recommend one?
