Is there a natural preventative for heart worm?

I don't like to support the pharmaceutical companies that in my opinion often do down right evil thing to procure the drugs they make. How can I natural protect my dog from misquote larvae?


Answers:

My mom used to always give our dogs garlic powder mixed up in their food. Our dogs never got sick, so its worth a shot.
