hello guys my niece who is 16 feels uneasy about acnes on her face, can any1 introduce me a safe and effective home remedy to treat her acne? thx in advance

I never had acne problems, but what always worked for my older sister is steam from boiling water on a stove, placing a towel over head to keep steam on face, this opens pores. sometimes she would mix water with oatmeal and let it dry on her face and then rinse off. She is 43 now and hasn't had an acne problem since high school.
