How to make and bottle herbal dipping oils?
Im trying to make and bottle dipping olive oils using herbs from my garden. Does anyone have any tips or recipes or good combination of fresh herbs to use. I want to be able to bottle and eventually sell these so it cant be a recipe that goes bad with time. Even good websites would be great! thanks

Yes - don't. Any web site you will find on the Internet will tell you the same thing. There is just too much risk for food poisoning (botulism if I remember correctly) when combining herbs because they have contacted the soil. When I was searching for recipes they all said flavor vinegar - the acid protects where the oil base does not. Keep the oil & herbs seperate and cobine at the time of use for safety and gift giving.
