Can you legally sell a drug that's not FDA approved?!

Question:

Can you legally sell a drug that's not FDA approved?

Answers:

honestly... what do you think?

Even "alternative" medicines and supplements, like herbs, have passed FDA regulations if they are sold on the market. That doesnt mean, necessarily, that they are approved by the medical field as a means of curing or whatever.

The medical field doesnt have to approve of its use to be able to slap a label saying "not unfit for human consumption", which is really all FDA approval is.

I suppose the only exceptions are drugs going through human trials... but they would put that on the label, Im sure.
