Has anyone had experience with Colon Hydrotherapy? +results? negative? problems?

I did a series of colonics a couple of years ago, and I would have to say that it definitely changed my life for the better. The experience itself wasn't all that enjoyable, but the results were definitely worth it. It can be a bit uncomfortable when you're full of water and the therapist is massaging your abdomen, but the therapist I saw gave me essential oils of peppermint and eucalyptus to inhale when I was feeling nauseus (which helped). Overall it made a big difference in my regularity (which I hadn't thought was bad before), as well as with my seasonal allergies. I would definitely recommend it.
