As my ex-boyfriend says "Never get sober". There really isn't a cure for hangover. I take an 200 mg. ibuprofen, 500 mg. vitamin C and 1000 IU B-12 before I go to bed.
When I wake up I eat a little something and drink plenty of fluids. It takes a while for the liver to process an abundant amount of alcohol and that is why we get a hangover.
I also like eating a bowl of menudo with red chili. For some reason, it really does help with the hang over and queasiness of the stomach the next morning.
