I feel sick when I drag a cigarette to fast it makes me dizzy and sick but thus !

I feel sick when I drag a cigarette to fast it makes me dizzy and sick but thus usally happens with half a cig

I fink it is because of when I inhale also what herbs are good for smoking no drugs im mean herbs or spices same thing you can use in cooking?

Well why smoke then?

Is this a macho or street thing- do your friends smoke so you feel you have to -
Actually they probably would respect you more if you told them you won't bother with it as it does nothing for you so what is the point?

PS Most of us feel like this when we start smoking as smoking is not enjoyable until you are addicted by which time it is too late.........
and then it is not enjoyable at al either, you are just addicted!!!

But we stupidly carry on for many reasons usually at first because we are scared to be different from our friends.

Don't make our mistake or like me you will spend many years of your life either ill or trying to give up.
leave it at that - you have tried , it was not nice , do not smoke again.
I wish I had followed this advice
