How can I cure my cold/flu??
I've just got back from the chemist with echinacia/zinc/vitamin C tablets, Vicks chest rub, Medic room spray, Lemsip sachets & Day/nigh cold & flu tabs.
I've got the next 2days off work to relax...is there any other way to get well FAST???

Your lemsip and tablets are just band-aids to cover-up the symptoms. Room spray is unnecessary and over-the-top.
The best thing you have in the arsenal you already bought is echinacia (FINALLY the medical profession is starting to recognise its value after thousands of years!), zinc and Vitamin C. These will do far more to get you better than any of the drugs will.
Try supplementing them with lots of water (at least 8 glasses / 4 pints a day) and by drinking hot water with lemon or lime juice in (if it's too bitter, add some honey, NOT sugar!).
You'll be right as rain in no time.
