Does apple cider have the same benifits of apple cider vinegar?
I know the benefits of apple cider vinegar but i can't find any for apple cider. Plus i was wondering if you have any good recipes with ACV so it could taste better. Salad, chicken or something.

No plain cider does not have the same benefits as cider vinegar. Some Ideas for using Cider Vinegar.....
Salad dressing
1 part vinegar to 2 parts olive or canola oil
a little sugar or honey
whole grain mustard
maybe add a little tarragon or garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
I like a little vinegar drizzled over broccoli, spinach, caggage, kale or just about any kind of greens.
marinate cucumbers and onions in vinegar a touch of sugar and a little sesame oil for color add some shredded carrots
