Rescue Remedy secondary effects.?!

Question:

Rescue Remedy secondary effects.?

Do you know if Rescue Remedy bach has some known secondary effects?

Answers:

That is a great question. Rescue Remedy is a combination of five flower essences. This particular combination is typically recommended for stress, trauma, pain, or shock.

However, each individual flower remedy can have specific clearings or compliments that one might think of as "secondary":

Cherry Plum~feeling protected, spiritual surrender
Clematis~focused clarity "hear and now"
Impatiens~going with the flow, patients, acceptance
Rock Rose~treats fear & panic, brings courage
Star of Bethlehem~treats shock and trauma-past or present

Typically, Rescue Remedy is used for short term healing, or at the beginning of a healing process for soul work.

While the typical dose of a few drops several times per day should not produce any noticable side effects. However, dosing every couple of hours for faster clearings of past trauma can be very uncomfortable, bringing up deeply buried emotions; I've tried it and don't recommend it.
