if so what will it come up as?

With the new drugs that are out and the new tests that have now I would venture a yes considering what you are taking it for. Be honest with the facility giving it and tell them what is going on in your life.The fact that your trying to clean up yourself shouldn't be held against you. Be able to show the perscription for it or who is giving it to you.
