Question:
How can I make herbal extracts myself?
I need fennel and fenugreek extracts for external usage. Since they can't be found in my region I'm gonna make them myself. Can anybody tell me the way of it? I want it to be as effective as the company made extracts or very like them. Please tell me the way or introduce some web sites which can be helpful.
