I have a terrible sore throat, does hot lemonade work?
it started last night, and since i HATE gargaling salt water, i asked my grandmother for advice, and she said that hot lemonade works, and my throat wasnt as bad as it is today. just wondering, could i heat some water up, and use like lemonade mix?
please help. thankss !

My favorite sore throat remedy is:
8 oz. of hot or boiling water
The juice from 1 lemon (strained)
1 large TBS. of honey.
The lemon has antiseptic qualities while the honey helps to coat your throat.
