I know what a hangover is i have one today (blehhhh)
What im asking is, what are like the scientific turms and such like what actually IS a hangover? is it like toxins? is it a mild form of poisoning? get me?
Answers:
A hangover is a mixture of dehydration, hypoglycemia and the effects of toxins produced as the break down products of alcohol, mainly aldehydes.
This is why plenty of fluids and calories make it feel better (eventually) and may reduce the severity if taken beforehand.
