Answers:

"stabilized" means processed... not necessarily that it has MSG, but maybe it has been processed using harmful solvents or something (the solvents don't have to be listed).

MSG is listed as "monosodium glutamate" or "MSG" also as "disodium glutamate" or "DSG"... sometimes it is also disguised in labeling as the very vague "spices" or "flavorings" (instead of being specific "garlic" "black pepper" "salt" etc).

Food Additives that ALWAYS contain MSG

Monosodium Glutamate
Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein
Hydrolyzed Protein
Hydrolyzed Plant Protein
Plant Protein Extract
Sodium Caseinate
Calcium Caseinate
Yeast Extract
Textured Protein (Including TVP)
Autolyzed Yeast
Hydrolyzed Oat Flour
Corn Oil

MSG is terrible, it is a neurotoxin. Stay the hell away from it!
