St. john wart question?

Does anyone take this. I want to start, I'm just a little scared to take it. I have never taken any herbal vitamins before. I really don't take anything. Are there any side effects I should know about?


Answers:

I tried it, and it didn't work for me. I got great results w SAM-e. I actually started taking it for joint pain, (it works for joint pain & depression) But I noticed it brightened my mood too.
