Question: Hurt my back. what should i do? 10 points best answer!!!!?

I was chasing my nephew and i was at the top and i jump and i landed in the middle of the staircase on my back and i hit the back of my head and neck. When i fell i felt the impact on my chest and my throat. My back, neck, and the back of my head feels sore and i feel like throwing up. Should i go to the hospital and make sure i didnt hurt myself badly or do u think im fine? Im 107lb and 5'3. If that matters.
