I know apple cider vinegar is good foe everyone, but what is it good for, what do it do? and what stores sell it???

Apple cider vinegar is high in C, Vitamin E, Vitamin A, Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B6, Provitamin beta-carotene and Vitamin P. It is thought to aid the body in the healing of high blood pressure issues, bones, Candida, high cholesterol, and many other ailments. It will help to turn your body from acid to alkaline if you have the stomach flu. You can take a tablespoon of it in an 8 oz glass of water, add a teaspoon of honey and it will neutralize acid in the stomach. It is good for the heart, rheumatism & arthritis. It can be purchased in any local grocery store, however, Spectrum makes an organic brand that is excellent quality. You do have to refrigerate it after opening or it spoils.
