What Vitamins or Food Supplements that makes you Fat and healthy?
What i mean is, i am really thin so i wanted to be just perfect to a fat body like the good body. And i also want to be healthy, so is there any good recommendations that you can give so i could be more looking good?

But when i was small like 7-12 yrs old i was fat and healthy, but when i reach 15 i was so thin. So is there any good recommendation?

Good quality protein, e.g. lean cut of turkey, chicken, beef, or a protein supplement such as : whey protein - make a shake in the morning.
Exercise: weight and aerobic
Vegetables: non-roots veggies, leafy greens
Adequate amount of fluids, water
Nuts, seeds: almond butter, organic peanuts, pumpkin seeds and sunflowers, are good choices.
Good quality cheese and organic yogurt with live/active bacteria.
