Is $30 a reasonable price for a 1/3 ounces bag of 10X Salvia?
And will smoking more have simillar effects to stronger extracts?

because of the way Salvia is smoked, you will not get higher dose effects from higher volume of lesser product. It is a reasonable price, but a little on the high side for 10x, I would go up to 20x or a time before moving on to 50x
