Trouble speaking?!

Trouble speaking?

Erm.

I have trouble speaking it started yesterday.

I've just started smoking, a few days ago..like on thursday..
And now i'm having trouble speaking.

Like My neck on the left side kinda hurts but not really..

I'm not sick or anything.

I once had a migraine that temporarily scrambled my speech, but only for a few hours. You're definitely having some neurological issue. See a doctor immediately.
