Menstrual cramps?!

Question:

Menstrual cramps?

I get horrible menstrual cramps. The pain is so terrible that the only way I can feel better is by taking 3/4 ibuprofen pills (which equals 600/800mg). I heard that I can take up to 2400mg a day of ibuprofen, but I know that in the long run it can cause me health problems. Are there any natural remedies for menstrual cramps?

Answers:

Have a go at Evening Primrose Oil. I have had (female) customers return raving about how it has changed their life! You may need to take it for a few cycles before noticing any difference so don't give up! You may also find an improvement in your skin too with E.P.O. Ibuprofen isn't good for your stomach, make sure that when you do need to take it, that you take it on a full stomach. Long term it can contribute to stomach ulcers.
