Has anyone tried Liquid Calcium Magnesium Citrate - Orange Flavor?

Someone recommended it to me but I am not exactly sure what it is good for...

I love liquid calcium! I purchase it for myself and my 7 year old son who is constantly going through growth spurts. (He is 4'7") It's just like taking a calium and magnesium supplement but in liquid form. They have many flavors and my son loves to pick which one we get. Take it at night - calcium helps you to sleep better.
