Question for massage therapists only...?

When working out of your home, do you typically make reminder calls for your clients? I sometimes have clients booked 2-4 weeks in advance and I usually never make reminder calls. Do you?


Answers:

I usually only call if the client has missed an appointment previously. Otherwise, I can't be bothered.
