My friend has a pretty bad hangover. How can I help him?

the only thing that helps hangovers is time an plenty of water, altho I've heard that theirs this special hangover stuff that you rub on your head an it's supposed to help but I've never tried it cuz I don't think it would cuz I've heard alot of people tell me that it just takes time an alot of fluids
