Horrible Headache, Please Help!?
I have been getting a REALLY bad headache for the last few hours, and it finnaly hit. It feels like a bad sinus headache, so i took some excedrin sinus, but it's not doing ANYTHING. I have no ibuprophen, what should i do? It hurts really badly, i havn't had a headache like this in almost 10 years.PLEASE HELP

BTW, I have almost no food to speak of, and no soda.

There are certain pressure points that can be massaged to reduce your headache such as the area between your eyes and the bridge of your nose, your temples, the back of your neck, and the areas between each of your fingers. It may also help to place ice or a cooling substance such as astringent to these pressure points.
It may be helpful to kneel down with your hands underneath your shoulders and your head on the floor. This causes the blood in your body to rush to your head, lessening the pain in your skull.
Your best bet is to lie down, and try to go to sleep. Your headache will probably be gone by the time you wake up.
