Question:
What are the best OTC sleeping pills?
I have tried Benadryl, Tylenol PM, Tylenol Simply Sleep, Unisom, and Sleep MD. They all work about the same for me, so I was just wondering if anyone knew of any other types or brands of sleep aids that I could try? Also, do all over the counter sleeping pills have the same ingredients or is there an ingredient I should look for? I'm just trying to find something that works once and for all, or maybe I just need to switch it up so I don't get addicted!

use Valerian Root when i can't sleep or my hubby.. we use Valerian Root. U don't wake up groggy & it's safe. It's in the Vit/Suppliment section of any grocer/Walmart/ etc..
