BELLY FAT--I had abdominal surgery a couple years ago and my belly seems to be accumulating lots of fat since?

then-my abdominal muscles weakened after the surgery and also I understand that cortisol (the stress hormone) creates a lot of fat around the belly, so my question is what can I do to, if not aleviate it totally, at least reduce it?

Good news for you - researchers at Duke University found that in a fairly short time, visceral fat (which is the name for fat that accumulates around the abdominal area) can be reduced or eliminated with exercise.
