How can you avoid getting burnt out after getting stoned?!


Question:

How can you avoid getting burnt out after getting stoned?

I occasionally smoke weed, however, if I go to sleep before all the effects have warn off (takes about 6 hours) I always feel so burnt out the next day.

I was wondering why this happens, and how I could avoid it.

PS: if you're just going to post useless **** like don't smoke and you won't have to worry about it, don't waste your time

Fantastic question and very good that you are trying to be more healthy ok just before you go to bed take a multivitamin this will restore all the damage that youve already done to your body. Also drink a herbal tea that will give you energy and heal your body while you sleep e.g red tea or green tea.

In the morning drink a Grape fruit juice combined with another multivitamin especially vitamin C because smoking deletes this from your body.
