Question:
How can you avoid getting burnt out after getting stoned?
I occasionally smoke weed, however, if I go to sleep before all the effects have warn off (takes about 6 hours) I always feel so burnt out the next day.
I was wondering why this happens, and how I could avoid it.

Fantastic question and very good that you are trying to be more healthy ok just before you go to bed take a multivitamin this will restore all the damage that youve already done to your body. Also drink a herbal tea that will give you energy and heal your body while you sleep e.g red tea or green tea.
In the morning drink a Grape fruit juice combined with another multivitamin especially vitamin C because smoking deletes this from your body.
