If you've used GABA?!

Question:

If you've used GABA?

Did you feel effects right away, like the next day or was it a slow build up? Or a little of both? I'm feeling a little of both. I felt better the next day, and after about a week feel 50% more relaxed than I did prior to taking it.

(If people are reading this who haven't used it, GABA is an amino acid known as your body's "natural valium")

Answers:

Hi Sabine É, yes, GABA is may be named as "natural valium" yes, it's works by decreasing brain activity.

More specifically, GABA acts as a neurotransmitter that makes it easier for vitamins and oxygen to reach the brain.

GABA also regulates the function of brain nerve cells and has the ability to act as a balancer for the brain. It promotes relaxation, easing nervous tension, and increasing human growth hormone level, which helps in increasing fat consumption in the body. In addition, gamma amino butyric acid has the ability to relax and strengthen the nervous system.

Decreased levels of gamma amino butyric acid in the brain can cause seizures, panic attacks, and neurological disorders. Nutritional supplement of gamma amino butyric acid can help in preventing these deficiencies and also promoting overall mental health. In addition, nutritional supplements of GABA can help in the treatment of a number of diseases related with the brain and nervous system.
