My mom is going through metapause and she wants to do it with no hormones, any suggestions?
She has been going through this now for about a year and it has not gotten any better. She has hot flashes, night sweats and chills, cant sleep etc. But she really doesnt want to go on hormone therapy. She is trying some homeopathic stuff, so does anyone have any good suggestions? Thanks

Well, if it's metapause, you'll have to wait til her metamorphosis is done, and she's a new creature... if it's menopause, then you just hope to God the new creature doesn't last long....
