It depends partly upon how much you have smoked in the past. As a general rule of thumb, stay clean for 30 days to pass a urine test, much longer for a hair analysis. Yes, even 4 puffs. THC is stored in the fatty tissues of your body.
Don't try to drink excessive amounts of water to disguise it, your test result will come back as a diluted sample and put you in line for another test, or perhaps just be passed over for the job.
There are some companies that claim to have products to help get you thru a ua test. Some people have actually used them with good results, but I have no personal experience with them. Google them to find out more.
The old wives tales about goldenseal as being useful are not true. It does not work.
