Is it safe to take Cymbalta with sleeping pills.?!

Question:

Is it safe to take Cymbalta with sleeping pills.?

Answers:

The fastest and best way to find this out is to call your pharmasist. It all depends on which sleeping pills you're referring to. Some you probably could and some you probably can't. I mainly wanted to tell you THIS: My daughter took Cymbalta and had a bad reaction to it. For two days, she hallucinated, her limbs felt heavy, she had blurred vision,
the sweats, and was just half out of it. I did some research online for Cymbalta and discovered there are many people who have taken this and had a bad reaction, too. Then, for the heck of it, I put in at a search engine, "Lawsuits concerning Cymbalta". Many Lawyers are suing Ely-Lilly (the makers of the drug", on behalf of people who were damaged by Cymbalta. Please don't take my word for it, do your own research and you'll find out. If you've had any odd side effects, please report them immediately to your Doctor. A different drug can be prescribed in its place. There were many people that said they actually had to go in the hospital to be weaned off this stuff. And many who have stopped taken it but 6 months later are still feeling the side effects. About mixing it with any central nervous system depressant, I wouldn't. Call your Doctor to see what would be appropriate. Good luck.
