I am almost 16 and live in the bay area, near SF, and wondering how i could get a cannibis card.

You have to have a medical condition covered under the program, and the medical records to support your claim. Being a minor, you also need parental consent, unless you are an emancipated minor. If you have a qualifying condition, it is not difficult. There are fees that must be paid, prior to your visit to the medical marijuana physician.
