Have you tried Bach"s Rescue Remedy,?

did it work, and how long before you noticed any results.

Answers:

I gave it to my dad and he said it was amazing, really chilled him out. It is worth a try, if it does nothing for you then you have lost nothing. Although if there is an underlying problem that you feel you need to treat with the rescue remedy i would suggest treating it along with the remedy.
