Question:
Reflexologists please?
Any ideas why im getting a shooting pain in my left heel, keeps coming and going only lasting 20 seconds or so.
I haven't injured it, nor am i currently doing anything strenuous, just sat at my desk.
No great concern, just wondering.

Hi there!
I think the reason of you pain is your bad posture when you are sitting at the desk for a long time. Or maybe your new shoe?!
The area of your heel is the place of the reflexology points of lower back/sacro-iliac joint and pelvic...so I would advice you to have a bit of break time of the desk to do some of stretching, walking, foot massaging!
If you can have a full reflexology treatment too, it would help return back the balance in your body, soul and spirit faster.
