when they are sensitive in some areas,do i carry on treating them

I hold a Masters Level in Reiki. My basic rule of thumb is: NEVER practice an alternative form of healing that you haven't been trained in.
I also have fibromyalgia and know the moment someone is trying something that they do not have the training or talent to do.
Reflexology, when practiced by a person with training and natural talent, is like magic. The people who are truly gifted seem to know exactly which spot to attend to without even being told. Their gifts are so fine-tuned that one Reflexologist I went to on St. Lucia urged me to go see my doctor when I returned home. It took a while but I was finally diagnosed with Lyme Disease.
