Who uses Gary Graig's EFT?
I'm interested in any info, pro or con, about your experience using EFT.

Don't know Gary Graig but, as a psychiatrist, I find I end up teaching EFT to almost all my paients at one time or another. I find it works great. For so many things, especially anxieties and habits. I have most recently taught to a young male ball player to stop chewing tobacco, worked like a charm (or I should say, helped him stop like a charm) It can also work great for those truly dedicated to stop smoking tobacco. I used it once on a small child who was crying uncontrollably in her stroller. (child was about 11 months old) the mom thought I was "magic". Of course i then taught her the simple tapping technique. Good stuff and, a tool people can always have with them to help them get through anxiety or anger or virtually any unpleasant feeling.
I really haven't found any "cons" to using EFT, but, as you can probably tell from the above, lots of potential "pro's".
Basically a high benefit, low risk treatment modality.
