Watson 425?!

Question:

Watson 425?

i am a bit young, and naive to the whole drug/pill/whatever world, but i found a half blue, half yellow pill in my younger sisters room. it has the imprint "watson 425" (watson being on the blue side, and 425 being on the yellow side.) it's capsul shaped, and sounds like there is some sort of powder inside. i am concerned, but don't want to accuse her of anything, and deffinately don't want to go to my parents with out confronting her first. i did a little research on (www.drugs.com) it told me what was in it, but didn't tell me what it was for. like, if teenagers could get high or something off of it. so i decided to give this a shot. if i don't get answers with-in a couple of days i will confront her, but i would like to know what it is first.

Answers:

Kind of an odd thing to abuse. It's mainly for headaches but it's a mix of a barbiturate (not for kids), aspirin, caffeine (dialates blood vessles in brain, which helps some kinds of headache), and codeine - an opiate (also not for kids). It really doesn't souind like the kind of thing a kid normally buys to abuse - some friend stole it from a parent. So, this is early in your sister's experimentation phase maybe. Sounds like a perfect time for a nice big sister talk.
